Get ready!! Sol Junky is coming out with their second album! Its being co-produced and engineered by three time grammy winner Don McCollister. This time we are trying to capture the energy of our live performance. Clint Ivie wrote this album with a northern mississippi twist. This album will feature Matt McDaniel on slide guitar, banjo,and mandolin, as well as Blake Wright on rythm and lead guitar. The two of them make a dynamic team that will bless your soul. Also featured on the album is the rock-solid rhythm section comprised of Matt Floyd on drums and backing vocals, and Ben Brown on bass guitar. Adding his special touches to the mix and rounding out the band is Eric Bailey on Piano and Organ.The album is being recorded at Third Day's new studio, "The Quarry", that Clint helped build. The studio has a great live room that we feel will fit us well and truly capture the live energy that Sol Junky is becoming well-known for.

  The first abum, "Is There Any Love", also recorded by McCollister, features Sister Hazels' Ryan Newell playing slide guitar. The songs Sideways, Alive, End of the Day, and Super are already being played on radio stations like Rock 105 of Atlanta, and Fun 101.1 of Thomaston-Macon. You can download this album on this website by visiting "Our Junk."
